Prakash is a native of Rishikesh – the birthplace of Yoga. For over ten years, Prakash studied at many of India’s most illustrious Yoga Schools and under renowned Yoga Masters Shri O. P. Tiwari and Swami Rama. In that time, Prakash gained deep knowledge and insight into Yogic Philosophy through the study of various traditional text on Hatha and Raja Yoga, Vedic scriptures and modern science. For the last 18 years, Prakash has been using traditional Himalayan methods to teach Yoga and Meditation across Asia.
Prakash has conducted numerous Yoga Teacher Trainings, Yoga Retreats, Workshops, Meditation seminars and camps across Asia including Macau, Hong-Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines to preach this ancient practice and has trained numerous Asian celebrities.
Prakash believes that Yoga is the key to unlocking self-realisation and happiness in life.
His teaching method focuses on bringing body and mind together in unity through breathing, postures and mindfulness. While Prakash has a deep knowledge of various Yoga techniques, he specializes in Yoga Postures, Yogic breathing patterns, deep relaxation methods Pranayama, Yogic Sukshma Vyamas, Yogic cleansing process for internal cleansing and Meditation.
